Before the Event: There is no detail too big or small! During the planning process we serve our clients in a variety of ways. It is our pleasure to share our knowledge of resources and vendors with our clients to save them time and energy.

At the Event: There is no way to know ahead of time just how many last minute details may arise (no matter how diligent the planning!) Our job is to oversee the day-of activities to insure that everything exceeds your expectations.
- Manage vendor arrivals and set-up, Oversee tablescapes, Set-up personal details (Escort Cards, Toasting Flutes, Photo Tables, Photobooth Props, Candy Buffets, etc.), Point of contact for vendors, family and bridal party, Monitor schedule, Coordinate line-ups, Clean-up and package personal items.
After the Event: It is our pleasure to deal with the “after math” while you enjoy the success of a truly wonderful event!
- Collect, Package and return items to all necessary parties.
